  • Best value

Razer Iskur V2 X NewGen: EPU leather, cold-cured foam

Razer states its CoolTouch EPU leather has high thermal effusivity and is 13 times more durable than standard PU.

  • Most features

Razer Iskur V2 X: plush fabric, lumbar arch

The lumbar arch is built into the backrest, so there is no cushion to slip out of place.

Razer sells two chair families on amazon.co.uk, and the split is easy to miss in the photos. The Iskur line is built around lumbar support: an arch in the backrest and a seat with reduced edges that guides you towards the centre. The Enki line is built for room: a wide 54 cm seat base and 110 degree shoulder arches so you can shift around or sit cross-legged. Within each family there is a cheaper and a better equipped version, and the differences are in the cover, the armrests and the tilt mechanism. This guide compares four Razer chairs on lumbar design, seat size, cover material, armrests, recline and stated load, using only the listings. The Iskur V2 with an adjustable lumbar was not in the collection we compared.

Razer Enki: 4D arms, reactive tilt, 54 cm seat

  • 4D armrests adjust in height and angle and slide forward and back.

Good to know

  • The 300 lb (136 kg) rating is lower than the heavy-duty chairs in our big and tall guides.

  • Recline goes up to 152°, the deepest stated among the fabric chairs here.

Good to know

  • The armrests are 2D only (height and rotation), with no forward or sideways slide.
