The Razer Enki is designed around all-day sitting rather than racing-seat looks. A 54 cm wide seat base and 110 degree shoulder arches spread your weight without pinching at the hips or shoulders, while a built-in lumbar curve supports the lower back. Add 4D armrests, a reactive seat tilt and a memory foam head cushion, and it is one of the better-balanced gaming chairs for people who also work at their desk.

In its favour

  • The 54 cm seat base and 110° shoulder arches are designed to spread weight without pinching at the sides.
  • 4D armrests adjust in height and angle and slide forward and back.
  • A reactive seat tilt responds to your weight, and a memory foam head cushion is included.

Good to know

  • The 300 lb (136 kg) rating is lower than the heavy-duty chairs in our big and tall guides.
  • The lumbar arch is fixed, so its height cannot be changed.

Our take

Seat, shoulders and cushions

Most gaming chairs grip you with tall side bolsters. The Enki opens the shoulder area out to 110 degrees and widens the seat, so you can sit naturally and change posture through the day. Razer tunes the foam density differently in each part: softer in the seat base for a cushier feel, firmer in the back for structure.

The lumbar curve is built into the backrest. It cannot be moved, but it also will not drift out of place like a strap-on pillow.

Arms, tilt and recline

The 4D armrests adjust in height and angle and slide forward or back. That lets you support your forearms at keyboard height or move the pads out of the way. A reactive tilt mechanism responds to your weight as you lean, and the backrest reclines to 152 degrees. A plush memory foam head cushion is included.

Cover and dimensions

Razer uses a dual-textured eco synthetic leather: plush textured fabric on the core areas you touch, with smooth leather on the outer edges to resist wear. This colour is Quartz pink. The maximum load is 300 lb, about 136 kg, and the chair weighs about 24 kg. Overall height is around 141 cm.

Wipe-clean care suits a gaming setup, and a pink finish like this one shows dust less than pure white while still standing out in the room.

Enki or a sibling?

The Razer Enki X shares the 54 cm seat and lumbar arch but simplifies some features. The Razer Iskur V2 X NewGen uses CoolTouch EPU leather with a one-piece cold-cured seat, but only 2D arms. The Corsair T3 Rush in charcoal offers 4D arms in a fabric cover with a higher 150 kg rating, though in a tighter racing shape.

Verdict

The Enki suits gamers who sit for long periods and want width, a built-in lumbar curve and 4D arms. If you are heavier than its 136 kg rating, the Corsair T3 Rush carries more, and if you want a cooler leather-look cover over arm adjustment, the Razer Iskur V2 X NewGen is the alternative.
