VIVO K Series 107 cm: wide top, vertical lift

VIVO's K Series converter turns a normal desk into a sit-stand workstation without replacing it, and its 107 cm width is the main reason to choose it. The top surface has space for two monitors side by side, and a full-width keyboard tray beneath rises in sync. It suits office workers or renters with a fixed desk who want to stand with a dual-screen setup.

In its favour

  • At 106.7 cm wide, the top has room for two monitors side by side.
  • The keyboard tray runs the full width and rises in sync with the top surface.
  • It lifts straight up, so it does not push forward into your space, and VIVO states a 3-year warranty.

Good to know

  • The 33 lb (15 kg) load limit is tight for two large monitors.
  • The top is only 39.9 cm deep, which leaves little room behind the screens.

Our take

Surface and keyboard tray

The top measures 106.7 by 39.9 cm. That width easily takes two monitors, but the depth is modest, so there is not much room behind the screens for speakers or a lamp. The keyboard tray runs the same 106.7 cm width and is 30 cm deep at the ends, narrowing to 25.9 cm in the centre. Having the keyboard on its own lower tier helps keep wrists below the screens when standing.

How it lifts

A gas spring provides 15 kg of lift assist. You squeeze a simple touch lock and the unit rises straight up from 11.4 to 50.8 cm above your desk. Because it moves vertically rather than arcing towards you, it does not need extra clearance in front, which helps if your chair sits close.

The load limit is 33 lb, about 15 kg. Two lightweight 24 inch monitors are fine, but larger screens with heavy stands may push that limit.

Setup and warranty

Assembly is minimal: put the riser on your desk, fit the keyboard tray and start arranging. The frame is high-grade steel, and the unit weighs about 14 kg, so lifting it onto the desk is a careful one-person job. VIVO backs it with a 3-year manufacturer warranty and tech support.

Check that your desk is deep enough to hold the base with the keyboard tray in front of it, and leave enough room behind the riser for monitor cables to drop down.

Other converters to consider

The VIVO V Series 91 cm has a much deeper 55.9 cm top but a narrower keyboard tray and lower maximum lift. The Ergomaker electric 91 cm converter moves at the touch of a button with two presets and a wireless charger. The VersaDesk PowerPro 36 carries 36 kg electrically, for heavier screens.

Verdict

Pick the VIVO K Series 107 cm if you need width for two monitors and a full-length keyboard tray on an existing desk. If your monitors are heavy, the VersaDesk PowerPro 36 carries much more, and if you would rather press a button than squeeze a lever, the Ergomaker electric 91 cm is the alternative.
